From next week I will be starting to teach the Alexander Technique from my 18th Century flint-fronted cottage in the heart of Portslade old village. The table is up & there is free parking in the village car park next door. For a limited time I am offering a special concessionary price of £30 per lesson for O.A.P’s as I am keen to help those who I think would really benefit from lessons.
